The Few Rules
- Not a lot of pop-ups
- No pornography
- No stolen materials

- You may not apply more than once in a three month period.
- No Dead Sites or extended hiatus - If there are no applicants, We may or may not keep the winner's link up for an extra month
We would prefer that the sites be somehow related to Sailor Moon However, we will occasionally accept general anime, game, j-pop, idols, & graphic sites as applicants.

All accepted applicants that apply will be placed below under "Applicants" and will be randomly chosen during the year. Your site's link will stay on this page until you are chosen for site of the month. Thus meaning, you get a free link, and will be chosen sometime during the year. We will contact the winner near the end of each month. |
