Vip Sign-up Walk Through

I know some of you guys have been wanting to sign up for Ayaka502.com's Vip but can't because you can't figure out how to do it due to not knowing Japanese. Well Hopefully this walk through can answer all your questions of how to sign up if not all of them. Okay now lets begin. Oh and one more thing, click on the photos to make them larger. They have tons of information on them, including translations of pages you will come across in the sign-up process.

First you will need to go toayaka502.com if your not already there. Once you get there on your right hand side you can see three different links that will start the process of signing up for vip. You need only to click on one of them to get to the next page, which is where you will decide what kind of vip plan you will want to sign up for.

Once you click on one of the links above you will now come to the Ayaka Vip join page. She has a video message on this page telling you about the sign up process but you need not to worry about this part because if you can't read Japanese very well you probably don't understand what she is saying. If you do, Yay!! Either way, like mentioned above she offers two different kind of Vip plans. One in where you pay for a yearly subscription and the other is a monthly subscription. This page tells you about each plan and how much it will cost for each one. For the monthly plan you will pay a admission fee of 315 yen which is $2.92 and 315 yen monthly. So you will be paying 620 yen which is $5.84 each month. Now if you choose the annual plan you will be paying no admission fee and $32.44 for the annual access fee. On this page there are two sets of buttons. Two near the top and two near the bottom. On the top of the page the button that has green writing on it and it appears first of the two buttons is the button to click to choose the Monthly plan and the button right underneath that one with the blue writing on it is the button to choose if you would like the annual plan. The Two buttons at the bottom side by side, the one on the left takes you to the Monthly plan and the one one the right takes you to the annual plan. Once you choose which ever one you would like to sign up for you will come to the member agreement notice.

Each plan has a different member agreement for it. Basically for the plan you pick it clearly states that you must be a resident of japan to sign up but with like most things and your really wanting to sign up then you can by pass that. We will show you how. The main reason why they are wanting to restrict it to japan only because sometimes they have giveaway's that will be mailed out and they don't want to send to the USA or other countries. Not sure if they ever will but we sure hope so. The member agreement goes on to explain the plan you pick in depth. Once your done reading this page just click on the little gray button at the bottom to continue.

Next you will be at the privacy policy page. This page is the same for both plans. It explains what they do not give out and how they protect your sign up information and so on. There is a lot of information on this page and if you have time pleaseread through it. You never know, you may not agree with what it has to say and that wouldn't be good. We would want to know what they do with our information. ^^ Once your finished reading or just want to get one with the process you will see two little gray button's at the bottom of this page. The one on the left will proceed to the next page and the other one will just refresh the page.

Once you proceed to the next page you will be at the e-mail verify page. Just enter your email address in the space provide and the click on the gray button to submit it. They just want to check that you have a working address and not a fake one. Make sure you don't enter a fake email address because they will be emailing you the link to the next page to this process. So it is important that you have a working email address or you won't be able to continue to the next step which is the most important one.

Now you will need to check your email that you typed in the space. You will see an email from ayaka502vip@amuse.co.jp.If you have not received this email try again or check your spam box to make sure it didn't get placed in there. This email is useless other then that link. So don't try to reply to it because you will not get anything back from it and it states this in that email. Just simply click on the link that is provided.

So now you are nearly finish with this process just a couple more steps and you will successfully have signed up. Once you have click on the link in your email and depending on what plan you have chose you will have come to the account information page for that plan. They are the same for the exception at the bottom of this form where you will see that the choices will co--inside with that plan. The first space is for your Name, For example: Ayaka Komatsu and right below that space it wants your name in kana which you will need to look that up or just enter a random name. You can do it the easy way and place your first name in the top space and your last name in the second one. It will take it that way to. You will see that your email address is already inserted in the space where the email address goes. Right after the email they want you to type in a password that needs to be more then 6 characters long and you can't start it with a number. Then the space after that one retype that password in to confirm it. The next to lines is for a secret question and an answer but these are not required. Next you will come to the postal code section. You have to enter a Japan postal code. Then you have to choose one of the prefectures in the drop down box the co-insides with the postal code. For example you chose a tokyo postal code so you will have to find tokyo in the drop down box. In our examples we have a list of them in order just count down to choose the right one. Once that is done it wants you to enter a Japan address. Google one! But make sure it goes along with your last two answers of the postal code and the prefecture. The next line after that is for an apartment number if you chose a address with an apartment number. Now enter a phone number that co-insides with your answers above. No spaces or dashes. The space below that wants your birthday. So enter your birthday. She sends you a special email for your birthday. The space under that you will select if you are male or female. Now depending on what plan you picked comes the tricky part. It wants your credit card information. Each example shows you your options. You can choose to have a automatic renewal for both or a one time only non renewal option. Once you choose one, it will ask you for your credit card information. If you choose renewal you will need to enter your credit card information twice. Don't worry you won't get charged twice. The second time you enter it is so they can keep it on file. Once your finished with the credit card information take a look right below that and you will see two gray buttons side by side. The one on the left resets the form and the one on the right submits it.

If you hit the submit button you will now be at the review page, if not you entered something incorrectly. At the review page please look over all your information to make sure it is correct. If you notice something is not correct you can go back to fix it and if everything is correct you can submit it. If you notice at the bottom of this page there are two gray buttons. The one on the right is the back button and the one on the left is to submit it. Once you have made sure everything is correct click the submit button and now you have the confirmation page. Sorry but we don't have a photo of that. Once you hit submit you will also receive an email confirmation. Which you will want to keep for your records. So now the sign up process is complete.

If you check your email that you signed up with you will receive the email confirmation of your completed registration. This email will give you some information that you signed up with. Including your application number, name, email address that you sign up with and the plan that you chose. It also has the date and the time you registered. What's neat about this email you get a small welcome message from Ayaka. Which is pre written but it is still cute. Now you will be able to log in to the vip section.

If you not already there, go to ayaka's home page ayaka502.com and on the right hand side where you seen the join links, there is also a login link. Now for future reference, the home page isn't the only place where you can log in in join, they are on all her website pages.

Once you click on the login link you will now be at the login page. You willneed to enter your email address and password that you signed up with. Then choose which plan that you have. You can choose whether or not you want your information to be remembered. Once that is all done, click the submit button and you are now in the world of Ayaka502.com's Vip. You can now get into anything you weren't able to before. Enjoy.
